The Solaire SOL-IR17BWR portable infrared warming rack gas grill is a "hot/fast" grill for outdoor use only. It gets very hot and can sear steaks with no problem. However, it is not recommended for slow cooking or making pizza. Food can be placed on the warming rack for reduced heat intensity. The grill comes with a valve/regulator for use with 1 lb propane bottles. To connect to a 20 lb BBQ tank, you need item SOL-SAHOSE6.
