Casmer Security Lock Boxes SL-591 Editorial Review
The SL-591 Car Window Lock Box has garnered a mixed reception among customers, highlighting both its benefits and some significant drawbacks. Many users appreciate the lock box's practicality, indicating that it fits well in their cars and provides a secure place for their keys, especially for vehicles that utilize traditional key ignitions. Customers noted that it works well under various weather conditions and that setting up a personalized code is straightforward. However, issues have arisen, particularly regarding quality and functionality. Some users have reported significant problems, including malfunctioning units that require costly locksmith intervention. The complaints suggest durability concerns, with several customers indicating that a substantial number of units ceased to function properly after a short period of use. Additionally, while some users found the lock box easy to use and secure, others warned that it does not fit flush against the window, which could draw unwanted attention in parking lots. Overall, the SL-591 Car Window Lock Box offers a practical solution for traditional car keys, but potential buyers should weigh its affordability against the possibility of quality concerns. **
