The vacuum pump received by one customer came with an additional blue PWM wire which could be left unconnected or used to turn off the pump. Unfortunately, there were no instructions or other accessories included in the package. Although rubber vibration damping base and screws were provided, there were no instructions on how to attach them to the pump, and the holes on the pump did not align with those on the rubber base. This customer was specifically looking for a vacuum pump with a cord to plug in, but was unable to use this pump due to its wiring configuration. Overall, it seems there were issues with the lack of instructions and mismatched accessories, leading to a frustrating experience for this particular customer.
