The headset can be used wirelessly on all platforms, but requires the appropriate USB-A transmitter. The headset has Bluetooth connectivity and can work with a PC or PS5, but not on the Nintendo Switch. The microphone attachment is not adjustable and does not have good quality. The leather material for the ear cups is not ideal for long periods and causes sweating. However, the headset is lightweight and comfortable to wear. The dual device connectivity allows for gaming and music off your phone at the same time. The noise cancelling and bass quality are fantastic. However, the microphone is extremely quiet, and the boom microphone's position needs to be Constantly adjusted. The headset has an app for fine-tuning, but does not have the option of using it on a PC. The device disconnects from a phone, and the microphone randomly mutes itself with no reliable way to unmute it. The headset is not surround sound capable, and the headset volume decreases with phone volume changes. The range for both Bluetooth and USB connections could be longer. The product has mixed reviews, and a common problem is that the headset stops working after two months.
