The pillow may have a strange odor when first received but it dissipates after a few days of use. The pillow has the possibility of helping with snoring reduction by elevating your head, but it cannot solve other issues like the anatomy of one's mouth, chronic nasal congestion, being overweight, a narrow airway or sleeping on one's back. It's a queen-sized pillow but not every queen-sized pillowcase will fit it. The pillow comes with a removable and washable pillowcase. The fill is memory foam which does not contain latex. Made in China.
