Customers found the installation process to be straightforward, with some noting the importance of using plenty of Teflon tape for a good seal. The filters were reported to not leak after proper installation. Customers appreciated the heavy metal angle brackets included with the filters, as they provided a strong and secure position for the filters. The flow rate of the filters was also praised, with no noticeable pressure loss reported. Some customers mentioned experiencing leaks when joining multiple filters together using brass pipe. However, this issue was resolved by using extra Teflon tape and tightening the connections further. The clear canister of the filter was liked for easily checking the status of the dirty filter.
