Palm PDAs & Handhelds 3C80801U Editorial Review
The PalmOne m505 Color Handheld is a good value handheld with excellent color display, USB connectivity, and well designed backlight. The battery life is a bit short and the SD card feature is mediocre. Generally, it works well with Windows and Macintosh. However, some users experienced issues with customer service when they encountered problems with their units. One user's device stopped syncing and they were only told after a month that the entire line of M505's were defective. The color screen is dull and lifeless, according to another user.
