Is it supposed to be cut out all the way around? The one I just received is only cut halfway and the rest is solid.
Answer: It’s supposed to cut out all the way around except for the middle. The middle becomes a post for the whole flower. If it’s not cutting out all the way around, except for the middle, then you have a defective die.
