This Andersen Manufacturing 3411 Rapid Hitch with a 6" Drop Rise and Plated Steel Combo Ball has received mixed reviews from customers. While some praised the product for being of good quality, sleek, smooth, and easy to use, others found it bulky and not so good for pulling short tongue trailers. One customer complained about receiving a supposedly new product with scratches, a dent, and missing screws. Some users have had issues with corroding locking pins, and some reported having difficulty reversing the hitch. Anderson seems to have an excellent customer service that replaces parts quickly if needed. One of the greatest complaints was that the plastic caps did not last very long. There is an option to flip the hitch for extra height above the receiver, and the hitch can accommodate mud flap holders as well.
