The Xyron Creative Station is a sticker maker that provides a great alternative if you do not possess a cutting machine. It can be used for small decals on plastic hardhats, as well as magnets made from business cards by buying a magnet cartridge. The machine can handle items up to 9 inches wide and utilizes a 5-inch cartridge to reduce waste. While labeled it as being able to work with both one side laminate and one side magnet, the cartridges are reportedly out of stock. On the plus side, the cartridges are easy to change and the machine is very user-friendly. The laminator does not use electricity and is simple to load and use. That being said, it is not recommended to be used for permanent or long-term outdoor use as there is no UV protectant. Additionally, while several customers had positive experiences, others encountered snags in their use of the machine, particularly with the vellums, which were difficult to remove from the front and the adhesive did not work on the backing sheet. Furthermore, more detailed instructions or paperwork would be beneficial. Despite these setbacks, for the most part, it is a great sticker maker that is simple to use, and the cartridges are easy to change.
