Answer: The glass transition temperature is 55-60C (131-140F) without annealing. After annealing, it has a heat deflection temperature of 75-85C (167-185F) at 66 psi (0.45 MPa). -

How high is the high temperature resistance?
Answer: Pro PLA has a heat distortion temperature of 144C after annealing. You can reference the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for more details. -

How much shrinkage to expect after annealing?
Answer: In general, Pro PLA has 1-2% shrinkage during printing and annealing. It's recommended to do a test print to check equipment and settings. -

Answer: Print at 190°-220° on most printers. No heated bed is required, but a 40°-60° heated bed works well. -

How does Pro PLA survive in outdoor environments with UV exposure?
Answer: Pro PLA holds up well outdoors, especially when annealed. It has more heat resistance than other PLAs, but petroleum-based products offer even greater capability. -
