The Syba 8 Bay Tool Less Tray Hot Swappable External USB 3.0 Enclosure SY-ENC50119 appears to be an efficient tower for home media servers with OMV, Portainer/Docker, and Plex on RPi 4. Using Snapraid works flawlessly with this enclosure, and all Seagate & WD drives up to 18TB. This tower is quiet, well-labeled, and with individual drive power buttons, with low detectable vibration, easy installation, and each drive in the enclosure appears as a completely separate USB device. It does not come with a manual, but this is not a big hindrance. However, one buyer had difficulty with the unit failing and receiving poor customer service.
