Lid Bumpers-bbq Grill

### Editorial Review The Lid Bumpers for BBQ Grills have received mixed feedback from customers, reflecting a split experience in their functionality and performance. Many users praised the product for its snug fit and ease of installation, particularly highlighting the usefulness of a small dab of soap to aid placement. They found these bumpers to be effective replacements for the original parts that had degraded over time, especially on Weber Genesis grills. Several customers appreciated the value offered in multi-item packages, allowing for future replacements at a reasonable cost. For those whose original bumpers failed, the Lid Bumpers provided a reliable solution that eliminated metal-to-metal contact when closing the grill lid, a feature many valued. However, not all reviews were positive. One customer reported significant issues with melting bumpers upon first use, which raised concerns about the material's compatibility with the heat generated by the grill. This suggests a potential misalignment between product expectations and actual performance under grilling conditions. A crucial caution given by reviewers is the necessity of allowing the grill to cool before closing the lid to prevent damaging the bumpers. In summary, the Lid Bumpers can be hit or miss; while they perform well for many, others may experience issues related to heat durability. Customers Considering this product should weigh the potential for excellent performance against the reported risk of melting. ### Pros and Cons **
