Is this exactly the same as the 12 inch green tea mattress but cooler?
Answer: I have them both as well and yes it is cooler than the non-gel version. It also feels firmer and a much better nights rest. I recommend this over the non-gel version. -

Answer: The 10 inch is firm-plush and the 12 inch is "plush". The 12 inch should be softer, not firmer. -

Does this mattress contain any latex?
Answer: The CertiPUR-US program only certifies flexible polyurethane foam for bedding products and upholstered furniture. Latex foam is outside the scope of our certification. You should contact the mattress manufacturer to ask if your model contains latex. -

Answer: Our mattresses only require a flat and secure foundation. This includes a traditional box spring, a slatted bed frame, or even the floor—just as long as the resting area is flat and secure. -

While other standards, such as GOLS, bar this foam altogether, CertiPUR-US prohibits certain substances that are in many foams (such as polybrominated diphenyl ether, or PDBE, flame retardants) and requires testing for formaldehyde and other chemicals. -
