One of the key differences between this system and the FT2 is that it requires Olympic weight plates, unlike the FT2, which comes with built-in weight stacks. Additionally, the SCS cannot be hooked up to the weight stack like on the FT2, so Olympic weight plates are required for the leg extension. The dimensions of this system are 60" in depth, 74.9" in width, and minimum and maximum heights of 80.3" and 86.3", respectively. When using this system, a regular six or seven-foot barbell can be utilised. Customers may find that while the Inspire Fitness SCS Smith System/Cage System/Functional Trainer is an effective piece of equipment, it might not be compatible with people who hate the Smith machine and prefer regular barbells.
