Southern Homewares Racks SH-10310-2 Editorial Review

The canning racks are a cute, clever and practical way to keep jars in place during water bath canning. They are sturdy and easy to clean, but the spacing of the concentric rings makes jars sit at an uneven level, and it could be difficult to remove jars from the rack. The product is not suitable for use with larger jars, and it is not recommended for use as storage. Nonetheless, they are an excellent option for small batches of canning.
