The lead designer mentions that though the product is not entirely made in the US, the team made multiple trips to Asia to find the right factory that ensures fair wages, professional working environments and good working conditions. The customer service team is happy to respond to any other questions via email. In terms of feedback, a reviewer mentioned that without a support system at the bottom, the groceries can easily topple over on each other. This feedback was addressed by the lead designer, who said that adding a support system would increase the cost and go beyond the product's retail price range. Another reviewer added that they wished they had bought the bags sooner as they were so handy for shopping, while another said they would appreciate more support at the bottom of the bags.
