Do these bulbs have a warranty?
Answer: The warranty details should be checked with the manufacturer. -

What is the rated light output in lumens?
Answer: Previous answer of 125 lumens is incorrect. Flood light needs to be at least 100 watt flood which is equivalent to 1600 lumens. I use 250 watts which is 3750 lumens. -
Question:
What are the wavelengths and irradiance for each of the colors you offer?
Answer: The wavelengths and their irradiance at the peak are: Amber PAR38 - 610 nm at 13.2 mW, Blue PAR38 - 460 nm at 79.7 mW, Green PAR38 - 515 nm at 47.1 mW, Red PAR38 - 630 nm at 22.6 mW. -
Question:
Can these be used to heat a dog house? And if so, what are they rated each temperature?
Answer: The green ones bought were for decorative use and not heat lamp bulbs. -
Question:
How true does the red come through with this brand? Is it more pinkish?
Answer: The blue purchased is a true blue, cannot comment on the red. -

If the wavelength on these is 460 nm, can these be used for blue light therapy?
Answer: This question is best answered by the manufacturer. The range is probably suitable, but sight check is recommended. -

Answer: The wavelength at the peak for amber lights is 614 nm. -

Answer: Brightness is one factor, illumination for reading also depends on the distance from the light source to the table. -

Are these rated for fully enclosed fixtures?
Answer: They work fine in enclosed fixtures. -

What is the wavelength of the blue bulbs?
Answer: The peak wavelength of the blue spectrum is 460 nm.
