The Fatworks Grass-Fed Bison Tallow is an excellent food product, being 100% made from grass-fed and grass-finished US bison fat. As the company behind this product initiated the "non-hydrogenated fat revolution," rest assured that it has no hydrogen or any other ingredient besides the bison fat. It's a versatile product that can be applied in different dishes such as fried eggs, steak, chicken, and more. It can also be used to make pemmican, and though the bison fat does not have enough suet-like cattle, this tallow is hard and will be a great pemmican. You do not need to refrigerate the product and can store it in the pantry. The shelf life for this product is incredibly long, so rest assured that it will last you for years. Bison tallow tastes beefier than beef tallow. However, some buyers have reported that the Tallow was not sealed while some reported it leaked during packaging. There were also complaints that the Tallow's color was off and did not match the description from the company. Buyers are expected to note this before purchasing as the product is non-returnable.
